Book Review #2 A Court of Thorns and Roses

I've watch many booktok about this work and I always have a soft spot for fantasy novels.

If you are a fan of faeries, monsters, adventures and romance, this is a book you should never miss!

Sarah J. Mass's introduction of this novel:" Feyre is a huntress. She thinks nothing of slaughtering a wolf to capture its prey. But, like all mortals, she fears what lingers mercilessly beyond the forest. And she will learn that taking the life of a magical creature comes at a high price…"

The plots, settings and how the author so effectively gives each character a distinct, infectious personality of their own is so outstanding that it renders me totally speechless. Her story is so addictive that you don't know when you finish it, and you don't know when you go looking for more! Once you're done with one series, you just need more of her magic and it leads you to all of her other books. This story is woven so that you are anticipating the almost very visible action in every page because it is so perfectly immersive- you feel, see, smell, hear and can almost even taste whatever the characters do; you find yourself going through whatever they go through and loving them as if you're in the book or as if they're in your life and when you're done, when you come out of the so wonderfully REAL world of her books, you find yourself struggling to learn how to live on earth again!
